Term 4 is always a busy term without covid restrictions so I’m very glad it has gone by so fast! Students have done a fantastic job rehearsing their parts for the school production; I am so proud of every one of them, and relieved it can go ahead.

In English the 3-5 class put together their own poetry books, some writing up to 16 of their own poems. I hope they will read these to you once they take them home.  In HASS the students wrote reports on an inspiring person in Australia’s history. Some of these included Cathy Freeman, Archie Roach, Eddie Mabo and of course Don Bradman.

In PE the 3-9 group learned how to play lawn bowls with the expert advice of Jane Tanner and Marlene McAuley. We appreciated their support in lessons very much!

It’s been a whirlwind year with lots of ups and downs but we did it! I hope everyone has a fun filled holiday and I look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year.
